Removing Subscribers with Hard Bounces From Your Subscriber ListFrom $1Table of contents(Click the banner to go to the related Docs.Code.ExactTarget.com page.) A hard bounce occurs when the email server rejects the email due to permanent conditions (this typically results when "user unknown" or "domain not found" errors occur). To eliminate the chance of including these known invalid email addresses in future email sends, ExactTarget recommends updating your internal database appropriately as well as uploading these addresses into your All Subscribers list with a status of Unsubscribed.
