The Response Trend Analysis Report tracks subscriber response to a send over a period of time you specify.

Run the Response Trend Analysis for an Email Send Report to analyze when subscribers respond to your email relative to when you send it. For example, if you want to send an announcement of an event at a specific time, you might run this report against other sends to determine how far in advance you must send the message to ensure that the majority of your subscribers open it.
Use the following steps to run the report:
| Email Send | The email send to analyze with the report |
|---|---|
| Limit Unit | The unit of measure of the Limit Quantity field. Valid values include:
|
| Limit Quantity | The number of time intervals to include on the report. For example, if you select Hours in the Limit Unit field and enter 24 in this field, the report will contain response data for the 24 hours after the time of the send. |
| Interval Unit | The unit of measure of the Interval Quantity field. Valid values include:
|
| Interval Quantity | The numbers of units in each division of response data. For example, if you select Hours in the Interval Unit field and enter 2 in this field, the report data will be presented in 2-hour intervals. |
| Time Zone | The timezone in which you wish the results of the report to appear |
| Date Format | The format in which dates appear in the report |
