What Is the Region Performance for Triggered Sends Over Time Report

The Region Performance for Triggered Sends Over Time report shows how a single section of content performs over a period of time across multiple jobs in triggered emails.

You must be an administrator to run this report.

The Region Performance for Triggered Sends Over Time report contains the following information:

Column

Description

Performance by Link in Region

The region the report is tracking

Link Alias/URL

The link in the region that is being tracked. You specify the Link Alias when you create the link in the email. The URL will only appear if you don't specify a link alias.

Triggered Send

The name of the send that was triggered

Impressions Sent

The number of links that were sent in an email send using dynamic content

Unique Clicks

The number of recipients who clicked on the link

Total Clicks

The total number of clicks on the link. Multiple clicks from the same subscriber are counted.

Click Percentage

The percentage of Unique Clicks divided by Impression Sent

Why Run a Region Performance for Triggered Sends Over Time Report

Run a Region Performance for Triggered Sends Over Time report when you want to see how a specific link is performing over a certain period of time. Only emails that contain dynamic content or were generated by AMPscript can be tracked in this report.

For example, 12 subscribers subscribed to Northern Trails' email list in May. Northern Trails wants to track how a link in the welcome email that was sent automatically performed for all 12 subscribers. They ran a Region Performance for Triggered Sends Over Time report and saw how the link performed in each individual email as well as its overall performance.

How to Run a Region Performance for Triggered Sends Over Time Report

To run a Region Performance for Triggered Sense Over Time report, follow these steps:

Click the Tracking tab.

Click my reports.

Click Tracking Reports

Click Region Performance for Triggered Sends Over Time.

Complete the information in the Report Parameters section:

Start Date	Recording begins at midnight of the start date you select.
End Date	Recording ends at 11:59 p.m. of the end date you select.
Region Name	This field will automatically populate with the areas of dynamic content included in the email you are tracking. Simply select the area for which you wish to see tracking.
Time Zone	The time zone in which you wish the results of the report to appear
Date Format	The format in which dates appear in the report

Complete the information in the Report Results Delivery section. If you choose to send as an email, separate multiple email addresses with a semi-colon, but note the field has a 100 character limit.

Complete the information in the Result File Format section.

Complete the information in the Run the Report section.

Click Submit.
