List Size Over Time ReportFrom $1Table of contentsWhat Is the List Size Over Time ReportThe List Size Over Time Report shows how subscriber data changes over time. The report shows activity over each reported period as follows:
Because the data shows first-time events for a status change, there can and will be overlap of data. More than one event or status can occur with a subscriber in the time period you define, so realize that the report is showing you the most recent status change that occurred in the time period you define. This report accurately shows how subscriber statuses change over time and how lists grow; however, because of the design of the report, you can't reconcile counts by adding or subtracting Added, Bounced, Undeliverable, and Unsubscribe counts to a previous Active total to match a newer Active total. This report functions better over longer periods of time, so use the report to measure list growth over periods of 1 month or longer. Shorter time spans may reflect inconsistent results due to the smaller time frame. Note: A subscriber may rarely move in and out of Bounced and Held statuses. But sometimes full inbox causes a message to bounce but a later attempt to send is successful, or a held subscriber clicks a link in an old email which moves their status from Bounced to Active. When this happens, the Bounced and Held values for a time period can change over time.
