What Is the Email Performance by List Report

The Email Performance by List Report provides statistics for each of your subscriber lists that received the email, for a single email send during a specified time period.

The Email Performance by List Report contains graphics to illustrate Emails Sent by List, Open Rate by List, Bounce Rate by List, and Click Through Rate by List. The report also contains a table with the following information:

Column	Description
List Name	The name of the list used in the email send.
Send Count	The total number of emails that were sent to the list.
% of Total Send	The percentage of the total number of emails that were sent to the list.
Bounce Rate	The bounce rate for emails sent to the list.
Open Rate	The open rate for emails sent to the list.
Click Through Rate	The click-through rate for emails sent to the list.
Unsubscribe Rate	The unsubscribe rate for emails sent to the list.

Why Run the Email Performance by List Report

Run the Email Performance by List Report to analyze which lists responded most favorably to a particular email send. You might use this analysis to target certain lists with particular types of email campaigns.

How To Run the Email Performance by List Report

Use the following steps to run the report:

Click the Tracking tab in the navigation bar.
Click my reports.
Click Email Reports.
Click Email Performance by List.

Complete the information in the Report Parameters section:

Start Date	The first date for which information is included in the report.
End Date	The last date for which information is included in the report.
Email Send	The email send to analyze with the report. You can select only email sends that occurred between the start date and the end date.
Time Zone	The timezone in which you wish the results of the report to appear
Date Format	The format in which dates appear in the report
