What Is the Email Performance by Domain Report
The Email Performance by Domain Report provides statistics for the top 10 mail domains that received an email. The Email Performance by Domain Report contains graphics to illustrate List Composition by Domain, Open Rate by Domain, Bounce Rate by Domain, and Click Through Rate by Domain.
The report also contains a table with the following information:

| Domain Name | The name of the domain sent to in the email send. |
| Emails Sent | The total number of emails that were sent to the domain. |
| Emails Delivered | The number of emails sent to the domain that were not undeliverable. |
| % of Total Send | The percentage of the total number of emails that were sent to the domain. |
| Bounce Rate | The bounce rate for emails sent to the domain. |
| Open Rate | The open rate for emails sent to the domain. |
| Click Through Rate | The click-through rate for emails sent to the domain. |
| Unsubscribe Rate | The unsubscribe rate for emails sent to the domain. |
Why Run the Email Performance by Domain Report
Run the Email Performance by Domain Report to analyze how domains responded to a particular email send. You might use this analysis to identify domains that are bouncing your email so you can begin to resolve the delivery issue.
How To Run the Email Performance by Domain Report
Use the following steps to run the report:
- Click the Tracking tab in the navigation bar.
- Click my reports.
- Click Email Reports.
- Click Email Performance by Domain.
- Complete the information in the Report Parameters section:
Email Send The email send to analyze with the report. Time Zone The timezone in which you wish the results of the report to appear Date Format The format in which dates appear in the report - Complete the information in the Report Results Delivery section.
- Complete the information in the Result File Format section.
- Complete the information in the Run the Report section.
- Click Submit.
