HTML and Text Versions of Content

When you create an email, the application creates an HTML version for people who have opted to receive HTML emails and a text versionfor people whose email clients can't or won't accept HTML content. If you send your emails using Multi-part MIME encoding, the system sends both versions and whichever version is accepted by the subscriber's email client is delivered.
