    Does the email tracking occur in real time? 

    Yes, tracking is real-time - the values are pulled directly from our web services.

    Why can't I see my email sends? 

    The application might not be set to look at the correct time frame. Press the Settings button in the top-right corner of the main screen and make sure the application is set to look to the correct time frame to view your send. Enter the correct number of days in the top text field and select your chosen minimum number of recipients and number of top links to show. Click Done when you are finished.

    Will the ExactTarget for iPhone application work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrations?

    Unfortunately, the application cannot control or show tracking information for your email sends to Dynamics CRM objects at this time. You can still use the ExactTarget for iPhone application with your ExactTarget account.

    Why does my application crash when I try to view an email send?

    You may experience a crash when you view an email send, return to the home page, and then try to view that same send again. This is a known issue, and ExactTarget is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    NOTE: Please contact your ExactTarget customer support representative if you experience any other issues with the ExactTarget for iPhone application.
