Why can't I resubscribe an unsubscribed customers in my Enterprise account using the ExactTarget for Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration?
In order to resubscribe a customer that unsubscribed from a child account of an Enterprise 2.0 instance, you must be logged in to the account at which the unsubscribe request occured. You cannot resubscribe the user from any other account, even at the Enterprise 2.0 administrator level. This is a known issue, and ExactTarget is working to correct it as soon as possible.
