This document contains conceptual and procedural information about obtaining and reviewing tracking reports using ExactTarget for Appexchange reports.
What Are ExactTarget for Appexchange Reports
ExactTarget for Appexchange includes five standard reports:
- Deliverability Rate Over Time
- Open Rate Over Time
- Most Popular Links Clicked
- Campaign Summary
- Click Through Rate Over Time
These Reports contain results generated by email sends to Salesforce Campaigns and/or Salesforce Reports.
Prior to running these Reports, set the filter criteria to the appropriate Salesforce Campaign or Report.
In addition to these standard Reports, you can create additional Reports leveraging the ExactTarget data stored in Salesforce. You can review a sample of reports that can be generated in Salesforce to drive individual level tracking for your email communications.

With ExactTarget for Appexchange, you can obtain robust tracking results from Salesforce at an aggregate and individual level. Salesforce Reports and Dashboards can provide deeper insight into the effectiveness of your email marketing efforts.
How to Obtain ExactTarget for Appexchange Reports
Follow the instructions below to access the reports listed below:
- In your Salesforce instance, click Reports.
- Select Email Results Reports in the Folders dropdown menu and click Go.
- Open the report you want to customize in Salesforce.
- Select Create New Custom Report to start the Report Wizard.
The table below illustrates the specific data type after selecting Other Reports from the dropdown menu. These reports appear in a tabular format.
