Enhanced Tracking

What Is Tracking

Tracking provides a visually oriented view into the actions your subscribers take after receiving your email messages. Whether you email your subscribers through lists, groups, or data extensions, this feature provides tracking feedback for each email sent.

Choose Tracking in the application and click my tracking on the left side of the screen to see a screen listing your email jobs. The number of jobs listed depends on your choice in the Showing field of the my tracking toolbar.

Note: If your Showing field is set at Last 100 Sends, you may see this message:

The maximum number of items that can be displayed (100) has been reached. You many have additional items for this range that cannot be displayed. Please narrow the range. 

To see tracking details, click the link of any job name. The tracking screen appears, with these four tabs:

• Overview
• Click Activity
• Conversions
• Surveys
  

The tracking underlying architecture reports data in close alignment with directly exported reports.
