Import Activity Known Issues

If you select Map by Ordinal as your field mapping type for an import activity that imports into a subscriber list, you must start your column numbering at 0. If the import activity imports into a data extension, you must start your column numbering at 1.

If you are using an Enterprise 2.0 edition account,  and you select Map by Ordinal as your field mapping type, you always start your column numbering at 1, regardless of whether you are importing into a subscriber list or data extension.
