How to Create a Group Refresh Activity

You can create a group refresh activity only within the context of a program. Before you begin this procedure, you must create a group.

Use the following steps to create a group refresh activity:

1. Click the Interactions tab on the navigation bar.

2. Click Programs.

3. Click My Programs.

4. Click a program name to open an existing program or click Create to create a new program.

5. (Optional) Click Add step to create a new step for the group refresh activity.

6. Click Add task in the step to contain the group refresh activity.

The Interactions window appears.

7. Click Groups to see a list of available groups.

8. Click the group to refresh.

9. Click add.
